ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Nayak Multi Sector Services offers its services – including products, software, website design, website development, and mobile apps – only if you, the client, agree to follow these terms and conditions and our service agreement (SLA)

SERVICE TERMS:

This agreement starts on the day you sign up for our services and ends when either you or we cancel it, as outlined in these terms and our service agreement (SLA).

Nayak Multi Sector Services can place its logo, design, website address, or other branding on all websites it creates, without needing permission from its customers.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:

Nayak Multi Sector Services offers services like website and app development, and maintenance. We can add new features anytime, which will be considered part of your service. We can also change, stop, or pause these services if you don't cooperate, don't pay, or delay things. You agree that we're not responsible for any losses or problems caused by these changes.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION:

To use our services or websites, you might need to give us some information. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that everything you provide is accurate and up-to-date. If we think your information is incorrect or incomplete, we can stop you from using our services or websites.

CHANGES TO WEBSITE:

Nayak Multi Sector Services can change or take down its website, or parts of it, at any time without telling anyone. We won't be responsible to anyone – clients, other businesses, or users – for these changes.

DATABASE, E-COMMERCE & APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT:

Nayak Multi Sector Services isn't responsible for any losses caused by the software, websites, or apps we create for you. While we try our best to make sure everything works correctly, it's ultimately your job to check that they're functioning properly before you use them.

When we develop your site or app on your server, you're responsible for giving us the necessary server information, support, and software. For large apps, you'll also need to provide a testing environment that matches your live server.

Before you launch any website or app we build for you, you need to fully test it. We'll try to fix any errors or bugs found after it goes live, to make sure it works as we agreed, but we're not obligated to.

WEBSITE DESIGN:

We'll do our best to make sure your website or app design and our work are perfect. We own the website, server, graphics, content, and code until you've paid us in full. All our work remains our property and copyright unless we agree otherwise, and you can only resell or copy it commercially with our permission.

If you give us materials that violate copyright, Nayak Multi Sector Services isn't responsible for any legal problems that result.

If we add anything to your project for free, it's our choice, and we won't guarantee it's perfect. We can charge you later if we need to fix or add more to those free additions.

Nayak Multi Sector Services is not liable for any financial losses, including lost earnings, compensation, or expenses, that arise from work you perform, work done on your behalf, or work by your appointed agents.

We're not responsible for any lost income or costs if the website, servers, software, or other materials we provide are unavailable.

COPYRIGHT:

Nayak Multi Sector Services either owns, licenses, or has legal permission to use all trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property in the app and its content, including design, graphics, text, code, and software.

You can use the content on these websites for your personal, at-home use only. You're not allowed to download, copy, send, reproduce, store, share, or sell the content without written permission from Nayak Multi Sector Services.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Our website is provided as it is and as available. We're not responsible for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, including lost business, data, opportunities, or profits, that result from using our website, as far as the law allows.

We don't guarantee that our app will always work perfectly or without interruptions, that we'll fix every problem, or that the app and server are free of viruses or other harmful things.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

You must pay the full amount for any services we provided before your cancellation date. We don't offer partial refunds for months you didn't use fully. For security reasons, all billing questions and cancellation requests must be sent in writing or by email.

Only the person who originally signed up can cancel, and they must do it in writing. We don't give refunds for cancellations after the first 7 days. For security and training, we record all calls, and these recordings are part of our agreement with you.

If you cancel after the first 7 days, for any reason, you'll have to pay the full agreed price, and we'll end the contract immediately, unless we agree otherwise.

PAYMENT:

You agree to pay Nayak Multi Sector Services the fee for any program or service you sign up for, based on the payment plan you choose. This includes any taxes. You authorize us to automatically charge your credit card or debit your bank account monthly or once, depending on the program.

Charges are applied immediately when you sign up over the phone. We also reserve the right to pursue alternative payment methods, including debt collection. You'll be liable for all collection costs, such as attorney fees.

PAYMENT COLLECTION:

Because we pay for sponsored listings before getting paid by you, we take on a credit risk. You must keep a working payment method on file. If your payment fails, we can temporarily stop your app, ads, and support services. If you don't pay, we can end your contract and keep ownership of your app or services until you pay in full. Ending the contract early means you'll owe all the remaining fees. Many clients keep multiple payment methods on file to avoid this. You confirm that you have the authority to sign this agreement, that you're a business using our services for business purposes, and that you have the right to provide us with the information we need.
